The tandem thrust cylindrical roller bearing developed and produced by Luoyang HUANA Precision Bearing Technology Co., Ltd. has strong bearing capacity, small average section and strong axial load capacity. The bearing heat treatment hardness HRC58~62 has strong wear resistance, stamping resistance and long service life. It is an ideal screw spindle bearing for parallel double screw extruders. Users can select two, three, four, five, six, seven or eight row tandem bearings from our sample according to screw center distance, space and load size. Our company also accepts tandem bearings of different sizes and structures.
Tandem bearings have the following structural types:
The basic tandem bearing connects the shaft ring, race and roller cage assembly through an elastic spacer. This type of bearing is a separate structure, and its parts can be disassembled. When using, it must be carefully installed and disassembled according to the numbering sequence provided by our company.
With sleeve type tandem bearing, the sleeve is sleeved on the outside of the basic type tandem bearing, and the assembly and disassembly are overall during use.
